摘要:采用自制阴离子丙烯酸共聚物乳化剂乳化松香制得阴离子松香施胶剂,所制施胶剂粒径较小,可用作浆内中性施胶剂。结果表明,松香与乳化剂最佳质量比1∶1;最佳施胶工艺:阴离子松香施胶剂用量1%,Al2(SO4)3用量4%,阳离子聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)用量0.05%,pH值在5.5~7.0。反向施胶优于正向施胶解决硬水杂质带来的问题;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察,反向施胶在胶料分布、改善纤维表面裂纹和缺陷等方面更优于正向施胶;本实验所制阴离子松香施胶剂综合性能优于市售阴离子中性松香施胶剂。
Abstract:Highly dispersed rosin sizing agent was prepared using the self-made anionic acrylic copolymer emulsified rosin, and this rosin latex emulsion had smaller particle size and could be used as neutral sizing agent in pulp. In this paper, the main factors affecting neutral sizing were also studied. The optimum ratio of rosin and emulsifier was 1∶1; Optimal sizing conditions were as follows: highly dispersed rosin dosage 1%, Al2(SO4)3 dosage 4%, cationic polyamide polyamine epichlorohydrin (PAE) dosage 0.05%, pH value was 5.5~7.0.Reverse sizing was better than normal sizing in solving the problem of hard water impurities. SEM observation indicated that, reverse sizing was better than normal sizing in rosin latex distribution, improving fiber surface cracks and defects, etc. The anionic rosin size had better overall performance than the commercially available neutral rosin size.
