碱回收炉烟气排放及控制措施可行性技术分析

摘要:在总结碱回收炉运行工况与酸性气体排放关系以及国内碱回收炉排放情况的基础上,探讨了碱回收炉酸性气体排放的适用标准问题。提出了进一步减排面临的技术难点,建议对部分碱回收炉进行技术改造改善其运行工况,降低和稳定大气污染物排放。结合对碱回收炉烟气排放现状调查,提出采用排放当量指标综合考核碱回收炉酸性气体污染物排放并希望尽早出台碱回收炉专用排放标准。
Abstract:The applicable standard issue for the acid gases emission of recovery boiler was discussed after reviewing the relationship between operation condition and acid gases emission of recovery boiler as well as the situation of acid gases emission situation of domestic recovery boilers. The key issue for further elimination of acid gases was pointed out and some technical modification works for improving the operation condition of exist recovery boilers were recommend in order to reduce and stabilizeacid gases emission. The author suggested to used equivalent index concept to assess comprehensively the acid gases emission of recovery boiler and hoped an emission standard especially for recovery boiler would be issued soon.
