快速测定麦草原料中聚戊糖含量的新方法

摘要:采用间苯三酚分光光度法对麦草及预提取半纤维素后的麦草进行了聚戊糖的测定,优化了显色条件,在优化条件下对多种样品进行了测定,建立了容量滴定法和间苯三酚分光光度法测定麦草中聚戊糖含量的关系,关系方程为y=1.1348x+1.3884,R2=0.9729。研究结果表明,可以通过间苯三酚分光光度法的测定结果快速估算容量滴定法的测定结果。
Abstract:Determination of the pentose in wheat straw is usually used capacity titration in paper industry, but this method is quite complex and time consuming. In this study, phloroglucinol-bydrochloric spectrophotometry was used to determine the pentose in wheat straw, and the color reaction conditions were optimized. Various samples were analyzed under the optimized conditions. The results indicated that the result of phloroglucinol-bydrochloric spectrophotometry is related to that of capacity titration following the equation of y=1.1348x+1.3884(R2=0.9729). Therefore the corresponding capacity titration result can be calculated rapidly with the result of phloroglucinol-bydrochloric spectrophotometry by using the equation.
