柠条全杆碱预处理双螺杆APMP制浆特性的研究

摘要:对柠条全杆进行了碱预处理双螺杆APMP制浆条件的实验室小试和企业中试实验,并探讨了柠条碱预处理双螺杆APMP浆料纤维形态特征和成纸的物理性能。实验小试结果表明:柠条经过15g/L的NaOH在90℃下预处理后,再用双螺杆进行APMP法制浆所得的浆料的成纸抗张指数、白度、环压强度和纸浆得率均高于柠条CMP浆。中试研究进一步表明:柠条碱预处理双螺杆APMP浆经两段H2O2(每段2%H2O2)漂白后,纸张白度达到70.1%ISO。实验室小试的柠条双螺杆APMP浆的纤维长度总体偏短,重均长度为0.665mm。而工厂中试的双螺杆APMP浆的重均纤维长度提高到0.803mm,说明大直径双螺杆能减少对纤维的切断。建议柠条双螺杆APMP浆与其他较长的纤维配抄,漂白后可用于生产新闻纸、文化用纸和白板纸芯层等。
Abstract:The laboratory experiment of twin-screw APMP pulping with alkali preteatment and pilot test were carried out with whole rod of Caragana korshinskii. The morphological characteristics of the twin-screw APMP pulp and the physical properties of the paper were investigated. The results showed that after the pretreatment of Caragana korshinskii by NaOH at 90 °C, the paper obtained by APMP pulping with twin-screw had a higher tensile index, brigtness, ring crush strength and higher pulp yield than that of CMP of Caragana korshinskii. The pilot test further showed that the brigtness of twin-screw APMP pulp from Caragana korshinskii reached 70.1% ISO after two stages of H2O2 (2% H2O2 per stage). The fiber length of the Caragana korshinskii twin-screw APMP pulp in the laboratory test was generally short, and the weight average length was 0.665 mm. The weight average fiber length of the pilot test twin-screw APMP pulp was increased to 0.803 mm, indicating that the large-diameter twin-screw can reduce the fiber cutting. It is recommended that the Caragana korshinskii twin-screw APMP pulp should be uesed as a furnish of newsprint, cultural paper and medium layer of white paperboard together with long fiber pulp.
