摘要:在废纸再生制浆过程中,采用α-淀粉酶对废纸中淀粉类有机物进行酶解和提取,以达到浆料净化目的,提取的淀粉类有机物后期采用生物燃料电池进行电能转化和无害化处理。研究探讨了酶处理条件对提取效果影响,并对浆料净化效果进行了初探。具体如下:采用α-淀粉酶对废纸箱生产瓦楞原纸废纸浆进行处理,在浆浓10%,酶用量0.5%,pH值6.5, 70℃条件下处理60min,处理后,淀粉类有机物提取率近60%,处理后废纸浆白水Zeta电位绝对值和阳离子需求分别降低17.2%和20%,酶处理后浆料手抄片强度较对照组略有下降,但净化后浆料在阳离子淀粉作为增强剂应用中,在较低用量下反应更敏感,相关机理待进一步研究。 |
Abstract:Alpha-amylase was used to enzymatic hydrolyze and extract starch organic substances from waste paper in order to purify the pulp. The starch organic substances extracted were transformed into electric energy by biofuel cell and treated harmlessly in the later stage.The effects of enzymatic treatment conditions on the extraction efficiency were studied, and the purification effect of slurry was preliminarily studied.Specifically as follows: After 60 minutes of treatment with α-amylase at pulp consistency of 10%, enzyme dosage of 0.5%, pH value of 6.5 and 70 C, the starch extraction rate was nearly 60%. Zeta potential absolute value and cationic demand of white water of waste pulp were reduced by 17.2% and about 20%. The strength of handsheet of pulp treated with a-amylase was slightly lower than that of the control group, but when cationic starch was used as enhancer, the strength of pulp was slightly lower than that of The reaction is more sensitive, and the related mechanism needs further study. |
