摘要:盘磨机是制浆造纸工业中的关键制浆设备,由于盘磨机高速、高温、高压的运行环境,使得磨区的纤维流动状态难于利用实验方法精确观测,磨浆机理研究成为制浆造纸工艺研究的难点。本文采用有限元数值分析中的粒子追踪技术,通过模拟追踪微观纤维粒子在磨浆区域的运动,对盘磨机的微观磨浆机理进行了系统研究,通过改变磨齿数量和磨齿形状,对比分析了直磨齿与弯曲磨齿、少磨齿与多磨齿的情况下浆料纤维的微观流动特性,验证了齿形对纤维流动特性产生的影响。研究表明,纤维在磨浆区域呈絮聚状分布,采用弯曲磨齿可以增加浆料纤维在磨区中的停留时间,提高打浆质量,但会增加盘磨机的功耗。这一研究为磨浆机理研究提供了新的途径,并为盘磨机的齿形设计与优化提供了重要的理论参考依据。
Abstract:Disc refiner is the key equipment in pulp and paper industry, because of the high speed, high temperature and high pressure environment of disc refiner, it is difficult to observe the fiber flow state of the refining zone with experimental method, and the research of the pulping mechanism becomes the difficult point of pulping and papermaking process. According to the present situation of the flow characteristics of fiber of disc refiner is difficult to detect, fiber particle trajectories in the rotation process were tracked and the micro mechanism of disc refiner is systematically studied by using the finite element analysis method of particle tracking. The effect of tooth profile on the fiber flow characteristics was verified and the flow characteristics of pulp under the conditions of straight teeth, bending teeth, less teeth and multi teeth are compared and analyzed by changing the number and the shape of rotor teeth. It is found that the fibers are flocculent in the refining area, the residence time in the refining zone of pulp fibers will increase and the quality of refining will improve,while the power consumption of disc refiner will also increase. This paper provides a new approach for the study of the refining mechanism and lays the foundation for the optimization of the disc refiner's profile.
