摘要:采用连苯三酚和间苯二酚对木质素进行酚化改性,用于纤维素酶吸附影响研究。两种不同酚试剂改性后的木质素最大吸附纤维素酶容量分别从76.5 mg/g提高到842 mg/g和911 mg/g。与原始酶活相比,被木质素间苯二酚和木质素连苯三酚吸附的纤维素酶的酶活保留率分别为57 %和38 %。通过调节pH值,吸附的纤维素酶极易从木质素衍生物中分离。为全面解释纤维素酶吸附机理,对木质素衍生物的物化性质进行了表征。 |
Abstract:In this study, the phenolation of lignin by pyrogallol and resorcinol was carried out to improve the phenolic hydroxyl content toward for the study of cellulase adsorption. After the phenolation of lignin, the maximum adsorption cellulase capacity was improved from 76.5mg/g to 842mg/g and 911mg/g, respectively. The activity of the adsorbed cellulase on lignoresorcinol and lignopyrogallol still retained 57% and 38%. By modifying the pH, the adsorbed cellulase was easily able to be separated from the lignin derivatives. Moreover, the physicochemical properties were characterized for explaining the cellulase adsorption mechanism of lignin derivatives. |
