摘要:介绍了生产中实际可行的辊子及毛毯速度检测方法:接触式与非接触式;以及毛毯速度最佳测试点:包角中点。结合大量典型的现场测试数据,分析了压榨部存在五种类型的速差及速差可能产生的原因,给出了五种类型速差的评估标准和压榨部速差控制的中心环节的建议。大量的速差测试数据以及理论分析颠覆了传统的习惯思维,对造纸工作者在实际生产中分析和控制速差具有较强的参考意义。
Abstract:The practical on-site measurement methods of the rolls and felts in the press section are contact test and non-contact test. The best measurement point for a felt should be the central contact point of the warping angle. Based on so much of the onsite measurement data from the typical press configurations, the result shows us a clear analysis on the five different type of speed difference in the press (and the possible root causes). The assessment of the five type of speed differences is also discussed and suggestion is given to consider the speed difference between top and bottom felt as the main factor to the runability. As many of the data and the analysis are totally beyond our habitual thinking, it will be really practical and helpful for paper makers to analysis and control the speed difference problem in press.
