人参提取残渣配抄木浆制备特色名片原纸探究

摘要:为提高植物废弃物材料的高值化利用,探讨了以木浆混合人参提取残渣为原料协同配抄成纸工艺。通过表征木浆和人参提取残渣纤维形态,探究了含人参提取残渣纸张的形态结构、结晶性能、热稳定性能、成纸形貌和物理强度性能。结果表明,所制备的含人参残渣纸“名片原纸”保留了纸张中纤维素的基本化学结构,当人参提取残渣配抄用量在5%时,抗张指数为53.7 N.m.g-1,环压指数为5.85 N.m.g-1,耐破指数为3.49 KPa.m2.g-1,撕裂指数为5.94 mN.m2.g-1。与纯木浆纸张相比,该纸张在保证其物理强度性能的同时,还可在商务和企业交往中展示产品特色、发挥信息交流的媒介功能。
Abstract:In order to improve the high value utilization of plant waste materials, the paper-making process using wood pulp and ginseng extract residue as raw material was studied. Based on fiber morphology characterization of wood pulp and ginseng extract residues, we explored the paper"s morphological structure, crystallization properties, thermal stability, paper forming morphology and physical strength properties. The results showed that the paper retained the basic chemical structure of cellulose. When the mass ratio of ginseng extract residue is 5%, paper made from wood pulp and ginseng extract residue of the tensile index is 53.7 N.m.g-1, the cyclic pressure index is 5.85 N.m.g-1, the break resistance index is 3.49 KPa.m2.g-1, and the tear index is 5.94 mN.m2.g-1. Compared with pure wood pulp paper, the paper not only ensured its physical strength performance, but also displayed product characteristics in business and enterprise exchanges, and could play the media function of information exchange.
