摘要:随着环境保护标准的日趋严格和全无氯漂白工艺技术的发展应用,臭氧漂白技术因其符合节能减排、清洁生产、绿色环保的发展理念,受到了造纸工业的青睐,同时国内外科技工作者不断对臭氧漂白技术进行改进发展。本文介绍了臭氧的来源、特性及其漂白机理;概括了影响臭氧漂白效果的主要因素;重点评述了臭氧漂白技术的发展历程、国内外研究进展及其在山东晨鸣纸业集团股份有限公司的最新应用;最后展望了臭氧漂白技术在制浆造纸领域的发展前景。
Abstract:With the increasingly stringent environmental protection standard and the application of total chlorine free bleaching process, ozone bleaching technology is gradually favored by papermaking industry due to its conforming to the development concept of energy conservation, emission reduction, clean production and green environment protection. At the same time, scientists and technicians in the world continue to improve and develop ozone bleaching technology. In this paper, the sources, properties and bleaching mechanism of ozone are introduced first, and the main factors influencing ozone bleaching efficiency are summarized, then the worldwide development history and research progress, and the latest application of ozone bleaching technology in company are detailed reviewed. At last, the development prospect of ozone bleaching technology in pulping and papermaking industry are expected.
