摘要:为了解处理废纸造纸废水的颗粒污泥钙化规律,对陕西某废纸造纸废水厂颗粒污泥的钙化进行了一年的跟踪调研,考察了颗粒污泥钙化过程中的形态结构、无机物含量和类型及厌氧处理效果。结果表明,随着颗粒污泥钙化程度的加深,颗粒污泥对Ca2+、COD的去除率下降,颗粒污泥中无机成分含量增加,烘干后的颗粒污泥颜色由深变浅;从颗粒污泥中的无机物类型来看,前期是以方解石形式存在的CaCO3为主且掺杂少量SiO2,后期是方解石和文石两种形式共存的CaCO3,同时还伴随着有FeCO3、Fe2O3。从颗粒污泥的结构来看,颗粒污泥的孔隙和空穴减少,被呈片状和粒状聚集体的沉积物所覆盖,杆状菌和球菌等减少。高通量测序对颗粒污泥中的产甲烷菌从属分类水平上进行了分析,发现随着反应器运行时间的延长,乙酸型产甲烷菌的比例在逐渐增加,氢营养型产甲烷菌的比例在大幅度减少,且钙化程度越高,这种变化越迅速。
Abstract:In order to understand the granulation calcification of waste papermaking wastewater, the granulation calcification of a waste papermaking wastewater plant in Shaanxi Province was followed up for nearly one year. The morphological structure, inorganic content and type of granulated sludge calcification and the effect of anaerobic treatment were investigated. The results showed that with the deepening of granular calcium calcification, the removal rate Ca2+ and COD by granular sludge decrease, the content of inorganic components in granular sludge increases, and the color of granular sludge after drying changes from deep to shallow. In terms of the type of inorganic matter in the mud, CaCO3 mainly exists in the form of calcite and is doped with a small amount of SiO2. In the later stage, CaCO3 coexists in the form of calcite and aragonite, accompanied by FeCO3 and Fe2O3.From the structure of the granular sludge are reduced, and are covered by deposits of flakes and granular aggregates, and the rod-shaped bacteria and the cocci are reduced. The sub-classification level of methanogens in granular sludge was analyzed by High-throughput sequencing. It was found that the proportion of acetic acid-type methanogens increased gradually with the prolongation of reactor operation time, and the proportion of hydrogen-trophic methanogens in the case of a small increase, and the higher the degree of calcification, the change is more rapid.
