摘要:基于抑制乙烯产生、抑菌和气调3个水果保鲜机理，综述了国内外水果保鲜纸基复合材料及其制备技术的研究进展，并对水果保鲜纸基复合材料的发展趋势进行了分析。
Abstract:Based on the mechanisms of fruit preservation in the aspects of ethylene control， bacteriostasis and modified atmosphere， the research progreses of domestic and foreign fruit fresh-keeping paper-based composite materials and their preparation techniques were reviewed， and the development trend of fruit fresh-keeping paper-based composites was discussed.
