摘要:根据一起造纸厂制浆车间横管连蒸设备蒸煮管爆炸事故的情况，结合蒸煮管设计制造和现场爆炸状况，通过对蒸煮管进行材质化学成分分析、力学性能试验、壁厚测量和计算、微观组织检验等，同时对爆炸残留物的成分进行分析，以找出事故原因。分析结果表明，事故发生的主要原因是腐蚀和磨损的共同作用；为避免同类事故的发生笔者提出了改进建议和预防措施。

Abstract:In order to search the causes of an accident of digester tube explosion in a pulping workshop, in addition to the field investigation, the chemical composition analysis and mechanical property test of the tube material, measurement of the wall thickness of the tube as well as composition analysis of the explosive residues were conducted, the analysis results indicated that the main cause of the accident was a combination of corrosion and abrasion of the tube. Finally the paper gave some suggestion to avoid the similar accident.
