摘要:基于三维建模软件Solidworks对制浆领域盘磨机常用的3种磨盘进行建模,并使用CFD软件Flowsimulation对这3种磨盘进行了模拟和分析。通过只改变磨盘磨齿的排列方式,对磨盘磨区内浆料流速、流态以及磨齿受力的情况进行模拟,发现这3种磨齿所产生的磨浆效果差异明显,各有优劣,可为低浓盘磨机不同磨齿排列方式的磨盘选型及磨齿失效研究提供理论依据。
Abstract:Based on modeling software Solidworks, the models of three different commonly use refiner discs working in low consistency refining were built, and those three refiner discs were simulated and analyzed by the CFD software Flowsimulation. By only changing the arrangement of the bar on the plate, we simulated the pulp flow velocity, flow patern and the force on the surface of the bars with Flowsimulation, it was found that the differences were obvious in the three different refiner discs, and each had advantages and disadvantages. The study result provided some references for selecting the refiner discs with different bar arrangement of the refiners working in low consistency refining, and also for the investigation of the bar failure of the discs.
