两种桐木原料及制浆性能研究

摘要:对两种桐木的干材和枝材纤维形态、化学组分进行分析,并对这两种桐木原料的硫酸盐法制浆性能进行初步探究。结果显示,两种桐木原料纤维平均长度0.7~0.85 mm,纤维平均宽度16.4~19.2 μm,长宽比38~51,属于短纤维原料;两种桐木原料的纤维素(硝酸 乙醇纤维素43%~47%)含量较高,酸不溶木素(17%~23%)含量相对较低,聚戊糖含量(22%~26%)与阔叶木材相当。这些特点使其易于蒸煮,制浆得率高,易打浆,而两种桐木原料的干材和枝材抽出物含量都稍高,这会增加蒸煮过程中化学药品的消耗;桐木的硫酸盐法制浆造纸性能良好,两种桐木原料的干材和枝材在成纸性能上无明显差异。
Abstract:The fiber morphology, chemical composition and KP pulping performance of two kinds of Paulownia wood were studied.The results showed that the average fiber length of two kinds of Paulownia wood material was in 0.7~0.85 mm, fiber width was in 16.4~19.2 μm, fiber length-width ratio value was in 38~51 which belonged to short fiber raw material. These two Paulownia wood material contain higher cellulose(nitro-ethanol celluloses 43%~47%) and lower acid insoluble lignin(17%~23%). Like most hardwood material, the content of pentosan was in 22%~26% .These features made them easy to cooking, beating and receiving high pulping yield, while the slightly higher content of extractives would increase the consumption of chemicals in cooking process. The KP pulp strength properties of Paulownia wood were good, and the stem wood and branch wood of Paulownia had no significant difference in pulping performance, Paulownia wood was suitable material for pulp and papermaking.
