造纸法再造烟叶废水处理与回用技术研究进展

摘要:为实现烟草行业节能减排和清洁生产的发展和规划要求,国内造纸法再造烟叶企业根据企业所处地区废水处理的现状、自身废水的性质特点,通过废水分类及排放情况研究,有针对性开发废水处理与回用技术,降低水耗,以期实现生产废水零排放。本文综述了造纸法再造烟叶废水处理与回用主要技术现状,主要处理技术,并对未来的发展趋势进行了展望。

Abstract:In order to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction and tomeet the requirement of cleaner production development in tobacco industry, the paper making process reconstituted tobacco companies focused on developing effluent treatment and reuse technologies to reduce water consumption based on its effluent characteristics and local effluent treatment situation, in order to achieve zero emission eventually. The main treatment and reuse technologies for papermaking process reconstituted tobacco effluent were reviewed in this paper, finally the outlook for the future trends of effluent treatment were discussed.
