环保型高固含量湿强剂CPAE的合成及应用

摘要:以硅烷偶联剂KH-560对传统湿强剂聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)树脂进行化学改性,并对上述反应体系进行了有效的后处理以降低有机氯含量,制备了一种新型环保型高固含量湿强剂CPAE树脂。与未改性PAE相比,使用CPAE树脂后,在1.0%用量下抄纸,纸张湿强度明显提高,抗张指数从41.0 N·m/g增加到51.3 N·m/g,提高了25.1%;湿抗张指数从8.11 N·m/g增加到15.5 N·m/g,提高了91.1%;抗张强度保留率从19.8%增加到30.2%,提高了52.5%。与市售PAE相比,CPAE固含量从12.5%提高到30%;CPAE经有机胺进行后处理后,有机氯含量由市售PAE的5%降低到0.5%以下。
Abstract:The low chlorine polyamideamine-epichlorohydrin resin (CPAE) was prepared by modification of traditional PAE with KH-560 and effective post treatment, the new type of environmentally friendly high solid content wet strengthening agent CPAE resin could further improve the chemical bonding between the paper fibers, and the wet tensile index and dry tensile index of the paper could improved simultaneously. Compared with traditional PAE agent, the CPAE wet strength agent could obviously improved the paper dry tensile index by 25.1% from 41.0 N·m/g to 51.3 N·m/g, wet tensile index by 91.1% from 8.11 N·m/g to 15.5 N·m/g, and retention rate of tensile strength up by 52.5% from 19.8% to 30.2% when the CPAE dosage was 1%(on oven fibers). Compared with PAE, the solid content of CPAE increased form 12.5% to 30%. After treatment, the content of organic chtorine decreased from 5% of PAE to 0.5%.
