摘要:实验合成高电荷密度的聚胺型AKD乳化剂——聚二烯丙基二甲基氯化铵(PDMDAAC),研究反应温度、反应时间、单体二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(DMDAAC)与二烯丙基胺的质量比、引发剂过硫酸铵用量、反应体系的pH值对PDMDAAC黏均相对分子质量和电荷密度的影响。将合成的PDMDAAC用于乳化AKD,探讨了PDMDAAC合成条件对AKD乳液稳定性能以及PDMDAAC电荷密度对纸张抗水性的影响。结果表明,PDMDAAC较佳合成条件为:反应温度80℃、反应时间3 h、单体DMDAAC与二烯丙基胺的质量比为100∶4、引发剂过硫酸铵用量为0.10%、反应体系的pH值为5。合成的PDMDAAC使AKD乳液稳定性增强,并使纸张抗水性提高。
Abstract:In this study, polyamine type emulsifier (PDMDAAC) with high cationic charge density was synthesized and the effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, monomers ratio, initiator dosage and pH value on the viscosity-average molecular weight and charge density of the product were investigated. The synthesized PDMDAAC was used to emulsify AKD, the effects of synthesis conditions of emulsifier on the stability of emulsion was studied. The results showed that the optimized reaction temperature was 80 ℃, the reaction time was 3 h, the ratio of dimethyl diallyl ammonium monomers and diallylamine was 100∶4, the dosage of initiator-ammonium persulfate was 0.10%, pH value was 5.
