摘要:在黏胶纤维的生产中，应考虑溶解浆的原料种类和工艺过程等因素的影响，选择性能合适的溶解浆。本文对溶解浆酸性亚硫酸盐及预水解硫酸盐两种蒸煮工艺的反应机理及产品性能进行比较分析，重点分析了黏胶纤维用溶解浆的化学纯度、分子质量及其分布、反应性能等。

Abstract:In viscose fiber production the dissolving pulp with proper quality is required, the kind of raw material and production process of the dissolving pulp are very important. The pulping mechanisms and the properties of the resultant dissolving pulps were analyzed when the processes of acid sulfite (AS) and pre-hydrolysis kraft (PHK) were applied. Other important parameters such as: chemical purity, molecular weight and molecular weight distribution, and reactivity of the dissolving pulps produced from the two processes were compared.
