摘要:介绍了直流电机弱磁与调压配合控制调速原理,通过对弱磁与调压配合控制直流调速系统原理和动态结构分析得出弱磁控制方法及思路。在理论基础上结合笔者在造纸行业复卷机电控系统工程的多次实践,重点介绍欧陆590+直流调速器控制原理及弱磁调速的应用,并列出实现该应用的参数设置表,对与弱磁相关的故障进行分析并提出解决方法。
Abstract:The principle of speed regulation of the DC motor based on the combination of flux weakening control and voltage regulation was introduced in the paper, flux weakening control method and idea were put forward from the principle and the dynamic structure analysis. Combining author’s practice experiences in rewinders’ electric control engineering, the controlling principle of Eurotherm 590+DC speed regulator and the application of flux weakening control were introduced, and a list of parameters to achieve the application was put in the table, the related faults and the solution of flux weakening control were discussed.
