摘要:以克拉玛依石化公司生产的石蜡基油及光亮油为基础油,分别对极压抗磨剂、金属减活剂、抗氧剂、抗泡剂进行评选,并进行添加剂复配及优化,最终研制出符合我国轻工行业标准QB/T 2766—2006质量指标要求的220号无灰型造纸机循环润滑系统润滑油。

Abstract:Using the paraffin oil and bright stock produced by Karamay Petrochemical Co. as the base oil, the antiwear agent under extreme pressure, metal deactivator, antioxidant, anti rust agent, and defoaming agent were avaluated and relected separately, and the additive formulation was designed and optimized. Finally the ashless paper machine lubricating oil which meet the requirements of light industry standard QB/T 2766—2006 quality index number 220 was developed.
