摘要:重点介绍了巴斯夫公司的两性聚乙烯胺(XELOREX F3000)应用于非木材纤维造纸过程中,两性聚乙烯胺对造纸机湿部系统、纸张性能及生产总成本的影响。结果表明,两性聚乙烯胺可以提高湿纸幅出网部/压榨部的干度,从而提高湿纸幅的强度,继而提高造纸机运行效率;可以优化纤维配比,节省蒸汽等,最终达到降低生产总成本的目的。
Abstract:Polyvinylamine is a new chemical in paper industry. It can be cationic or amphoteric depending on the synthetical process. This paper mainly introduced the application of amphoteric polyvinylamine in non-wood paper production. Production results indicated that it could improve the wet web dryness therefore increase initial wet web strength. Polyvinylamine could improve machine efficiency, optimize raw material and save energy and so on. Finally, it could reduce the total cost of operation.
