摘要:针对350 t/d废纸脱墨浆生产线存在的胶黏物对纸机运行产生影响的问题，通过对原来脱墨浆线关键设备胶黏物、尘埃含量和去除率进行全面的检测、分析，重点选择改造了精筛系统，采用了新形式的中浓压力筛。改造后大幅提高了筛选效果，胶黏物明显减少，纸机运行性能和纸张质量明显改善。

Abstract:Troubles caused by stickies on a paper machine which was furnished by 350t/d DIP line were introduced. Through comprehensive testing and analysis of the amounts and removal rated of stickies and specks in the key pars of the DIP line, the fine screening system was chosen to be rebuilted. After utilizing the new type medium consistency pressure screen，the screening efficiency and stickies removal were improved significantly and the operation of paper machine and product quality were also improved obviously.
