不同压纹对卷烟用滤嘴棒原纸及滤嘴棒性能的影响

摘要:研究了不同压纹方式（离线、在线）及纹路（花螺纹、斜螺纹、直螺纹）对卷烟用滤嘴棒（填充用）原纸及滤嘴棒性能的影响。结果表明，离线花螺纹能够赋予纸张较好的柔软度；离线斜螺纹能赋予纸张较高的强度性能及较高的滤嘴棒吸阻稳定性，离线斜螺纹滤嘴棒吸阻稳定性及降焦效果优于离线直螺纹滤嘴棒；在线压纹滤嘴棒的吸阻稳定性和降焦效果优于离线压纹滤嘴棒。

Abstract:Through embossing different performance to filter paper, advantages and disadvantages of off line embossed paper are studied. The results showed that, the performance of off line embossed filter paper was not better than online embossing shaping filter rod; different embossed patterns gave different performance of filter papers, floral whorl embossed gave better soft performance to the paper, taper thread could give paper better strength properties and better resistance stability of the filter rod than straight thread. Compared with on line embossed filter, taper thread and straight thread embossed filter could give less tar reducing effect to Cigarette.
