摘要:基于大肠菌群在培养过程中生长繁殖数量与其代谢产物CO2释放量的关系，建立了一种利用顶空气相色谱技术快速检测生活用纸中大肠菌群的新方法。该方法的初发酵检测需要14 h，复发酵检测需要4 h，即得到一个阳性结果只需要18 h，与传统的方法（需要72 h）相比，大大提高了检测的效率。

Abstract:This paper reported a headspace gas chromatographic technique for rapid determination of coliforms in tissue paper. The method was based on the relationship between the number of coliforms and the mass of carbon dioxide (CO₂) produced during the bacteria incubation. The results showed that the present method took only 18 hours for getting a positive result. The present method was simple, accurate and much efficient for coliforms testing compared with the traditional method.
