摘要:对卷烟纸中国专利申请状况进行了统计分析，具体分析了历年申请量及申请人数量、申请人排名、地域分布、专利类型、法律状态、国际专利分类（IPC）、技术分支及特点，并就我国卷烟纸专利技术的发展给出了若干建议。

Abstract:In this paper, a combination of qualitative and quantitative analyses is used for the analysis of china’s patent application status on cigarette paper. The number of applications over the years,applicants, applicants ranking, geographical distribution, patent type, legal status, IPC classification,technology branch and characteristics are specifically analysized. At last, a number of suggestions are given on the development of china’s patented technology of the cigarette paper.
