摘要:设计了一种新型的卷烟纸阴燃速率测量仪(简称阴燃仪),采用红外传感器探测纸张燃烧位置,提高了测试精度与准确性。介绍了阴燃仪的系统设计,对其测试过程进行了误差分析,并在此基础上设计了一种量程标定装置。实验证明该阴燃仪的测试结果符合实际应用的要求。
Abstract:To determine the smoldering rate of the cigarette paper,a new cigarette smoldering rate tester was designed. Its measuring accuracy was highly increased by using infrared sensor to locate the burning line of the paper. The article described the system design of the smoldering rate tester and analyzed the error of the system. It also designed a kind of calibrate device to fix the test range of the smoldering rate tester. It was proved by the test result that this smoldering rate tester can meet the demand of practical application.
