摘要:介绍了高浓盘磨的设备结构和操作要点，简述了其在草浆生产中的应用情况。

Abstract:The production practice indicated that the runability of straw on fourdrinier can be improved significantly if the pulp is refined by the high consistency disc refiner, the wet end break rate decreases 80%, the strength of the paper increases 10% which is equivalent to that of the paper containing 10% wood pulp. On a fourdrinier machine with open pick-up and conventional press, the runability of production of 52 g/m² offset paper containing 100% straw pulp at a speed of 220 m/min is as good as that containing 100% wood pulp. Its operation speed can be up to 500 m/min when the machine equips with vacuum pick-up and complex press unit.
