摘要:本研究以毛竹为原料,系统探究其在化学热磨机械浆(CTMP)生产中的工艺优化及性能表现。通过调整NaOH用量和蒸煮压力,分析毛竹CTMP的物理强度指标变化规律,并分析其对纸张机械强度影响。结果表明,毛竹原料结构致密,软化程度与NaOH用量呈显著相关性:当NaOH用量为10%时,浆料性能最优,纸张耐破指数、耐折度及环压指数分别达1.29 kPa·m²/g、4次和8.96 N·m/g,较其他组提升显著。此外,蒸煮压力由450 kPa增至600 kPa虽能略微提升部分指标,但整体效果有限,表明NaOH用量是核心影响因素。 |
Abstract:This study systematically investigated the application of Phyllostachys edulis in chemical thermal mechanical pulp (CTMP) production, focusing on process optimization and performance evaluation. By adjusting NaOH dosage and cooking pressure, the physical strength indices of phyllostachy edulis CTMP pulp were analyzed. The results showed that the dense structure of phyllostachy edulis directly correlated with softening efficiency. At 10% NaOH dosage, the paper exhibited optimal performance, with bursting index, folding endurance, and ring-crush resistance index reached peak values of 1.29 kPa·m²/g, 4 times, and 8.96 N·m/g, respectively. Increasing cooking pressure from 450 to 600 kPa, slightly improved certain indices, but the overall enhancement was marginal, confirming NaOH dosage as the dominant factor. |
