摘要:本研究通过实验室测试和生产实践2部分系统评估了乙二醛聚丙烯酰胺(GPAM)与淀粉基生物聚合物在含竹浆生活用纸中的协同效应。实验室测试结果表明,在竹浆与阔叶木浆质量比为4∶6和9∶11时,添加GPAM均可显著改善纸浆滤水性能,对应的纸浆10 s滤水量分别提升75和62 mL,最佳GPAM添加量分别为0.045%和0.075%。生产实践结果表明,在定量14.0 g/m²软抽纸中添加1.5 kg/t,干抗张指数、湿抗张强度分别提升1.5%和4.2%,真空度降低1.81 kPa,车速增加50 m/min,竹浆占比从40%降至37%,吨纸成本降低约40元;在定量32.0 g/m²擦手纸中添加2.5 kg/t GPAM,干抗张指数、湿抗张强度分别提升2.3%和0.8%,竹浆占比降低8个百分点,真空度降低2.33 kPa,车速提升10 m/min,吨纸成本降低约60元。 |
Abstract:In this study, the synergistic effects of glycolaldehyde polyacrylamide (GPAM) and starch-based biopolymers in bamboo pulp-containing tissue paper were systematically evaluated through two parts of laboratory tests and production practices. The results of laboratory tests showed that adding GPAM significantly improved the drainability of pulp at both 4∶6 and 9∶11 of bamboo pulp to hardwood pulp mass ratios, corresponding to an increase of 75 and 62 mL in 10 seconds water filtration of the pulp, and the optimal GPAM dosages were 0.045% and 0.075%, respectively. The results of production practices showed that when 0.045% GPAM was added in soft facial paper with the grammage of 14.0 g/m², the dry tensile index and wet tensile strength increased by 1.5% and 4.2%, respectively, the vacuum degree decreased by 1.81 kPa, the machine speed increased by 50 m/min, the proportion of bamboo pulp decreased from 40% to 37%, and the cost per ton of paper was reduced by approximately 40 yuan. When 0.075% GPAM was added in the hand towel paper with the grammage of 32.0 g/m², the dry tensile index and wet tensile strength increased by 2.5% and 0.8%, respectively, the proportion of bamboo pulp decreased by 8 percentage points, the vacuum degree decreased by 2.33 kPa, the machine speed increased by 10 m/min, and the cost per ton of paper was reduced by approximately 60 yuan. |
