摘要:本研究以石英纤维为原料,采用泡沫成形技术,通过改变表面活性剂的种类与质量浓度,探究其对石英纤维泡沫浆料体系性能、石英纤维纸性能及硅溶胶对石英纤维纸浸润性的影响。结果表明,质量浓度3.0 g/L的十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)体系的泡沫性能最好,空气含量76%,气泡尺寸107.0 μm,半衰期319 s。质量浓度3.0 g/L的十二烷基二甲基氧化胺(OB-2)-羧基化纤维素纳米纤维(CNF)-石英纤维体系下的石英纤维纸表面匀度指数最佳,为122。而质量浓度5.0 g/L的聚乙烯醇(PVA)-石英纤维体系下的石英纤维纸抗张强度最高,为0.99 kN/m。石英纤维纸内部的表面活性剂残余量主要受发泡初始液表面活性剂的质量浓度影响,初始质量浓度越高,表面活性剂在石英纤维纸表面的吸附量越大。同时,提高表面活性剂的用量有利于降低石英纤维与硅溶胶之间的接触角,进而有助于改善硅溶胶与纸张的结合。 |
Abstract:In this study, quartz fiber was used as the raw material, and foam forming technology was adopted to investigate the effects of changing the type and mass concentration of surfactants on the properties of quartz fibre foam slurry system, the properties of quartz fiber paper, and the wettability of silica sol to quartz fiber paper. The results showed that the sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (LAS) system at mass concentration of 3.0 g/L had the best foam properties with air content of 76%, bubble size of 107.0 μm, and half-life of 319 s. The surface homogeneity index of quartz fiber paper under the dodecyldimethylamine oxide (OB-2)-carboxylated cellulose nanofibers (CNF)-quartz fiber system at mass concentration of 3.0 g/L was the best at 122. The tensile strength of quartz fiber paper under the poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA)-quartz fiber system at mass concentration of 5.0 g/L was the highest at 0.99 kN/m. The amount of surfactant residue inside the quartz fiber paper was mainly affected by the mass concentration of the surfactant in the foaming initial liquid, and the higher the initial mass concentration, the greater the adsorption of surfactant on the surface of the quartz fiber paper. At the same time, increasing the dosage of surfactant was conducive to reducing the contact angle between quartz fiber and silica sol, which in turn helped to improve the bonding between silica sol and paper. |
