摘要:本课题介绍了造纸热电废气资源综合利用处理工艺,应用于特种纸生产的轻质碳酸钙生产运行情况。生产运行数据表明,项目生产轻质碳酸钙(轻钙)可分为浆状轻钙(固含量20%)和饼状轻钙(固含量>50%)2类。产品参数中颗粒平均粒径为1.0~2.2 μm,比表面积为7~16 m2/g,可供货于相关造纸企业。对造纸工业废气资源综合利用,年度能耗量为1 032.4万kWh,折算成消耗标准煤293.2 tce(等价值),固定废气中二氧化碳达5.4万t,可有效实现节能减排和循环经济的发展。 |
Abstract:This paper introduced the technological process for the comprehensive utilization of waste gas from thermal power generation, applied to the production of precipitated calcium carbonate (PCC) in specialty paper manufacturing. Production operation data showed that the project for producing PCC could be classified into two main types of slurry PCC (solid content of 20%) and cake PCC (solid content >50%). The product parameters showed an average particle size of 1.0~2.2 μm and a specific surface area of 7~16 m²/g, suitable for delivery to related papermaking enterprises. The annual energy consumption for the comprehensive utilization of waste gas resources in the papermaking industry was 10 324 000 kWh, equivalent to a consumption of 293.2 tons of standard coal (in equivalent terms), with fixed waste gas containing 54 000 t of carbon dioxide, effectively achieving energy conservation, emission reduction, and the development of a circular economy. |
