摘要:以滑石粉为基体,硫酸钛为钛源,尿素为沉淀剂,硝酸锌(Zn(NO3)2)为晶型促进剂,采用化学沉淀法制备金红石型二氧化钛(TiO2),并沉积在滑石粉表面,制备TiO2/滑石粉复合填料。结果表明,TiO2/滑石粉复合填料的最佳制备条件为:滑石粉悬浮液质量分数5%、水解温度80 ℃、pH值=1.7、陈化时间3.0 h、硫酸钛溶液浓度0.25 mol/L、滴加速度3 mL/min、煅烧温度800 ℃。当其加填量为30%时,获得的装饰原纸的不透明度和白度最高,分别为97.3%和84.5%,与加填TiO2纸张性能接近,可以替代TiO2应用在装饰原纸中。
Abstract:With talc as the matrix, titanium sulfate as the source of titanium, urea as the precipitant, and Zn(NO32 as the crystalline accelerator, chemical precipitation method was used to prepare rutile-type titanium dioxide (TiO2), which deposited on the surface of talc to prepare TiO2/talc composite filler. The results showed that the optimum condition was suspension mass fraction of 5%, hydrolysis temperature at 80 ℃, pH value=1.7, aging time for 3.0 h, titanium liquid concentration of 0.25 mol/L, dropping velocity of 3 mL/min and calcination temperature at 800 ℃.When the composite filler obtained under this condition was added to the decorative base paper, the opacity and whiteness of prepared paper were 97.3% and 84.5%, respectively when the amount of filling was 30%, which were relatively similar to the performance of the paper filled with TiO2, indicating that composite filler could replace TiO2 used in the decorative base paper.
