摘要:本研究采用无添加剂、仅以竹纤维为原料,经TEMPO氧化和机械均质调控纤维结构制备一系列含木质素的纳米纤维素(LCNFs),借助涂布和热压构建竹纤维全组分阻隔纸。结果表明,所有LCNFs直径达到纳米级别,长径比>800,可显著提高纸张的防水、防油性,同时降低透气性;该阻隔纸的最低Cobb值是原纸的25%,透气度最低为原纸的2%,表明该阻隔纸在食品包装领域具有潜在的应用前景。
Abstract:In this paper, bamboo pulp was used as raw material to prepare a series of lignin containing nanofibers (LCNFs) through TEMPO oxidation and homogenization treatment. Then an all fiber-based barrier paper was prepared through surface coating and hot pressing. The results showed that all the LCNFs were nanoscale and significantly improved the barrier properties of the paper. The minimum Cobb value of barrier paper was 25% that of base paper, and the minimum permeability was 2% that of base paper, indicating that this barrier paper has potential application prospects in the food packaging.
