摘要:根据现代高速双刀切纸机的工艺要求,对伺服控制方案进行了分析。针对切纸机切割精度的问题,设计了以STM32单片机为核心的切纸机控制系统,以降低生产成本、提高切纸精度。主要介绍了切纸机的工艺流程,通过分析,设计了变频控制和伺服控制相结合的控制方案。通过实验得到切纸辊跟随送纸辊的电机速度曲线。误差分析表明,切纸精度可达±1 mm,由此证明了本切纸机控制系统的可行性。
Abstract:According to the technical requirements of the modern high speed duplex cutter, the servo control scheme was analyzed. At present, most domestic paper cutter are imported equipment with high price. Aiming at the problem of cutting accuracy of paper cutter, a control system of paper cutter based on STM32 was put forward, so as to reduce production cost and improve the accuracy of paper cutting. This paper mainly introduced the technological process of the paper cutter, and analyzed the control scheme combining frequency conversion control and servo control.Finally, the motor speed curve of the paper cutting roller followed by the paper feeding roller was obtained through the experiment, and the accuracy of the paper cutting could reach to ±1 mm by error analysis, which proved the feasibility of the control system of the paper cutter.
