摘要
本研究模拟了3种典型进口废纸在“碎浆-脱墨-漂白”中重金属的去除程度。结果表明,3种进口废纸(
随着我国经济水平的提高,我国造纸行业不断的发展壮大,国内对造纸原料的需求量逐渐增加,国外废纸大量进口到国内,在一定程度上缓解了我国造纸原料的需求,但进口废纸带来的环境安全和卫生问题也不容小觑。自2021年起我国已经全面禁止进口“其他回收纸或纸板(包括未分选的废碎品)”,这一政策导致我国出现2000万t的废纸资源缺口,为了弥补这一缺口,废纸再生技术成为我国造纸行业的主要研究方英等有机污染物,此外废纸再加工过程中的添加剂等化学物质,会造成纸制品中重金属超标。研究表明,废纸再生纸浆中的重金属离子主要来源于矿物填料、植物纤维原料及印刷油墨等,严重影响纸浆再生环
国内外的相关研究主要集中在废纸中重金属元素的分析,Skrzydlewska等
根据废纸再生利用环节筛选不同的样品材料。在广东省和浙江省2个某大型纸业公司废纸车间选择3捆原始废纸,整理后采集5.0 kg装入样品袋运回实验室。由于企业对回收的废纸做了简单的预处理以及垃圾分类的原因,所采集的3种废纸样品种仅含有少量的夹杂物如残留胶带、杂志的塑封膜及少量金属杂质等,样品编号及外观表述如

本研究以典型进口废纸原料为研究对象,模拟“碎浆-脱墨-漂白”再生利用环节,采用ICP-MS分析各环节重金属含量,研究各环节重金属去除特征。
3.1 碎浆作为废纸再生利用第一环节,其主要作用是将废纸中少量夹杂物等去除,对废纸中重金属去除效果一般,在实际废纸再生过程中,简单的碎浆不利于后续造纸产品的生产;脱墨环节主要去除油墨、颜料等物质,相比碎浆环节,脱墨环节重金属去除特征明显高,即在脱墨环节可有效去除废纸中的重金属含量;漂白环节过程中重金属的去除特征与脱墨环节类似,对于报纸、杂志等含墨量较多的废纸材料,通过漂白环节可进一步降低废纸中的重金属含量。
3.2 废纸在不同再生利用环节中,可忽略进入废水中的少量重金属,重金属总体去除特征表现为降低趋势,碎浆环节去除效果一般,只能去除10%~20%。主要去除重金属的环节发生在脱墨和漂白环节,重金属去除效果可达60%~70%左右。因此,在实际废纸再生过程中加强脱墨和漂白,可有效去除纸浆中重金属含量。
