摘要:健康与安全已成为人们越来越关注的社会性问题,以植物纤维为原料的纸浆模塑产品凭借其绿色、环保等优势,迎来了高速发展的新阶段。但是,以液压系统作为增压装置的传统纸浆模塑生产设备已无法适应高自动化、高生产效率的现代市场发展的要求,研发设计新型模塑设备迫在眉睫。采用伺服电机复合双曲轴为增压模式的新一代纸浆模塑设备,具有较高稳定性和可靠性,以及便捷操作性等特点,成为纸浆模塑设备发展的新趋势。该类设备不但能够有效提高该类设备的生产效率、产品适应性,而且可以降低设备运行能耗和产品干燥能耗,极大地推动了整个行业的装备自动化水平提升
Abstract:Due to health and safety have become increasingly important social issues, pulp molded products made from plant fibers have entered a new stage of rapid development with their advantages of being in green and environmental protection. However, traditional pulp molding production equipment that uses hydraulic systems as pressure boosting devices can no longer meet the requirements of the modern market development with high automation and production efficiency. Therefore, it is urgent to research and design new pulp molding equipment. The new pulp molding equipment using servo motor composite double crankshaft as the boosting mode has the characteristics of high stability, reliability, and convenient operation, becoming a new trend in the development of pulp molding equipment. This type of equipment can not only effectively improve the production efficiency and product adaptability, but also reduce the energy consumption of equipment operation and product drying, greatly promoting the improvement of equipment automation level in the entire industry.
