热压工艺提升纤维素/木质素膜强度与防水性能的研究

摘要:低共熔溶剂(Deep Eutectic Solvents,DES)因绿色环保且低成本而备受关注。本研究采用DES(氯化胆碱/草酸)处理高得率浆(High Yield Pulps,HYP),进而制备性能优良的纤维素/木质素膜材料。经DES预处理的HYP的浆料以甘油为增塑剂,经超声和抽滤成膜后,探讨了热压条件对纤维素/木质素膜的机械强度和疏水性能的影响。研究结果表明,在最优的热压条件下(140℃,8 MPa,9 min),相较于未热压的纤维素/木质素膜的机械强度与水接触角显著提升了88%和37%,达到16.24 MPa和87.9°。为环保防水材料的开发提供了新的思路和方法。
Abstract:Deep eutectic solvents (DES) have garnered significant attention due to their eco-friendly nature and low cost. In this study, high-yield pulp (HYP) was pre-treated by using DES (choline chloride/oxalic acid) to prepare cellulose/lignin composite film materials with excellent performance. The slurry of HYP pretreated by DES was made into a film with glycerol as a plasticizer after ultrasonic treatment and filtration. The influence of the optimal hot pressing conditions for the mechanical strength and hydrophobic properties of the cellulose/lignin film was explored and analyzed. The results showed that the mechanical strength and water contact angle of the cellulose/lignin film were significantly improved by 88% and 37% to 16.24 MPa and 87.9° compared with the unheated cellulose/lignin film under the optimal hot press conditions (140℃, 8 MPa, 9 min). New ideas and methods were provided for the development of environmentally friendly waterproof materials.
