摘要:针对废纸纤维回收利用后纤维质量及成纸物理强度下降等问题,本文探究了氯化胆碱/丙三醇/草酸三组分绿色溶剂体系对废纸纤维性能恢复的影响,通过单因素实验探究发现较佳的处理条件为:含水量10%,温度80℃,处理时间60 min,固液比为1:10,在此条件下成纸的撕裂指数、抗张指数、耐折次数分别提高了26.3%、22.4%和200%。随后,借助XRD、SEM及FT-IR对处理后废纸纤维的结构进行表征,结果表明预处理后纤维的结晶度由原来的48.45%降低至40.75%,纤维表面出现更多的孔隙结构和羟基。以上研究结果均表明采用三组分绿色溶剂体系预处理可明显改善废纸纤维质量,提高成纸物理强度性能。 |
Abstract:To address the deterioration of fiber quality and mechanical strength degradation during waste paper recycling, this study developed a choline chloride/glycerol/oxalic acid ternary green solvent system for fiber regeneration. Single-factor optimization identified 10% moisture content, 80℃ processing temperature, 60-min treatment duration, and 1:10 solid-liquid ratio as optimal parameters, achieving remarkable enhancements in paper performance with 26.3%, 22.4%, and 200% increases in tear index, tensile index, and folding endurance, respectively. Comprehensive structural characterization through XRD, SEM, and FT-IR analyses revealed three critical modifications: The cellulose crystallinity index decreased from 74.87% to 68.80%, accompanied by substantial increases in surface porosity and hydroxyl group accessibility. These structural transformations collectively enhanced fiber flexibility and interfacial bonding capacity, demonstrating the solvent system's effectiveness in reconstructing fiber supramolecular architecture. The findings provide a sustainable strategy for improving recycled paper quality through targeted fiber structure regeneration. |
