麻竹生长过程中化学组分的变化规律研究

摘要:竹材原料的化学组分是决定其制浆性能的关键因素,解析组分演变规律可为评估其造纸应用潜力提供理论依据。本文以麻竹为研究对象,系统分析了其生长过程中化学组分的变化规律,并借助激光扫描共聚焦显微镜对木素的微区分布特征进行了观察。研究结果表明,随着竹龄的增加,综纤维素和纤维素含量呈逐渐下降趋势;木素呈现显著积累趋势,其含量则从约20%逐步提升至24%左右;苯醇抽提物含量与竹龄呈正相关;灰分含量未呈现显著年龄依赖性,整体维持在3%以下。综合上述分析结果,8-36个月竹龄的麻竹在化学组分指标方面均能满足制浆造纸原料的基本要求,具有良好的工业应用价值。
Abstract:The chemical composition of raw materials is an important factor affecting the pulping performance of bamboo, and the study of the chemical composition of bamboo can preliminarily evaluate its application value in pulp and papermaking. In this study, the chemical composition changes during the growth process were analyzed, and the micro-distribution of lignin content was observed with the help of laser scanning confocal microscopy. The results showed that during the growth of Dendrocalamus latiflorusSMunro, the contents of cellulose and cellulose decreased, and the total lignin content increased from about 20% to about 24%. The content of phenyl alcohol extract increased with the increase of bamboo age. There was no significant correlation between ash content and bamboo age, generally less than 3%. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the above results, the chemical composition indexes of Dendrocalamus latiflorusSMunro could meet the basic requirements of pulp and paper raw materials from 8 to 36 months.
