摘要:实验教学在学生实践能力、创新思维和工程素质能力培养中发挥重要作用,制浆造纸产业的规模化、纸机高速化和白水循环封闭化发展对人才培养质量提出新的要求和挑战,针对传统线下实验教学条件要求高实施困难的难题,基于行业的高质量发展需求结合新工科人才培养理念,大连工业大学大力实施虚拟仿真实验教学建设,对制浆造纸重点工艺过程进行系统性虚拟仿真实验课程开发。本文以造纸机白水短循环流程与湿部化学设计为实验内容,按照“虚实结合、以虚扩实”的原则,充分发挥三维仿真、动画展示、人机交互等现代技术优势,将传统的抽象教学拓展为工程可视化的“沙场实战”虚拟仿真实验,有效提升学生实验兴趣、创新思维和实践能力,解决线下实验人才培养中高成本、高消耗、不可逆的实践教学瓶颈,推动工科专业实验教学改革创新和人才培养质量提高。
Abstract:Experimental teaching plays an important role in the cultivation of students' practical ability, innovative thinking and engineering quality. The large-scale, high-speed and white water circulation development of pulp and paper industry puts forward new requirements and challenges to the quality of talent training. In view of the difficulties in the implementation of traditional offline experimental teaching conditions, based on the high-quality development needs of the industry and the training concept of new engineering talents, Dalian Polytechnic University vigorously implemented the construction of virtual simulation experiment teaching, and systematically developed virtual simulation experiment courses for the key process of pulp and paper making. This paper takes the short cycle process of white water and wet end chemical design of paper machine as the experimental content, in accordance with the principle of "virtual and real combination, with virtual expansion of real", gives full play to the advantages of modern technology such as three-dimensional simulation, animation display and human-computer interaction, and expands the traditional abstract teaching into a virtual simulation experiment of engineering visualization "actual combat". Effectively enhance students' interest in experiments, innovative thinking and practical ability, solve the bottleneck of high cost, high consumption and irreversible practical teaching in the training of offline experimental talents, and promote the reform and innovation of experimental teaching of engineering majors and the improvement of talent training quality.
