摘要:烟用内衬纸作为卷烟包装的核心功能材料,需具防水、防潮、保香及保润等关键性能。目前,随着全球环保政策的强化与可持续发展理念的深化,烟草企业正在加强低碳零碳负碳的应用示范,强化科技创新对行业绿色低碳转型的支撑引领作用,研发方向聚焦于低/无铝化、低碳及可降解性。本文介绍了主流烟用内衬纸的技术特征与绿色低碳效益,重点分析了无铝内衬纸的技术突破与产业化潜力,以期为烟草行业技术升级提供有益的理论支持。
Abstract:As a core functional material in cigarette packaging, lining paper for cigarettes must possess critical properties including water resistance, moisture barrier, aroma preservation, and humidity maintenance. Currently, with the global strengthening of environmental policies and deepening of sustainable development concepts, tobacco enterprises are intensifying the application demonstrations of low-carbon, zero-carbon, and negative-carbon technologies. They are reinforcing the supportive role of scientific innovation in driving the green and low-carbon transformation of the industry, with research directions concentrating on aluminum reduction/elimination, carbon footprint minimization, and material degradability. This paper presents the technical characteristics and green and low-carbon benefits of mainstream cigarette lining papers, with particular emphasis on analyzing the technological breakthroughs and industrialization potential of aluminum-free lining paper. The findings aim to provide valuable theoretical support for technological advancement in the tobacco industry
