摘要:本文以竹材为原料,优化其预水解硫酸盐法制备溶解浆的生产工艺及参数。探究溶解浆关键性能指标之间的相互影响。在预水解硫酸蒸煮-漂白过程中,随着溶解浆聚合度的降低,溶解浆的特性粘度、半纤维素、α-纤维素和灰分含量呈现降低趋势,但是反应性能呈现增加趋势。通过优化生产工艺,在聚合度为463时,溶解浆的特性粘度为344.4 ml/g,灰分、α-纤维素和多戊糖的含量分别为0.06%、91.9%和4.42%,反应性能为178 s(9 ml CS2)和98 s(11 ml CS2)的过滤值。进一步采用酸处理可以降低竹溶解浆的灰分含量和特性粘度,增加α-纤维素含量;活化剂处理可以提升竹溶解浆的反应性能。 |
Abstract:In this paper, the production process and parameters of bamboo dissolved pulp prepared by pre-hydrolysis-sulfate method were optimized. The interaction between the key performance of bamboo dissolved pulp was investigated. During the pre-hydrolysis-sulfate cooking-bleaching process, as the degree of polymerization of dissolving pulp decreasing, the intrinsic viscosity, hemicellulose, α-cellulose and ash content of dissolving pulp show a decreasing trend, but the reaction performance shows an increasing trend. By optimizing the production process, with a polymerization degree of 463, the intrinsic viscosity of the dissolved slurry is 344.4 ml/g, and the contents of ash, alpha cellulose, and pentose are 0.06%, 91.9%, and 4.42%, respectively, and the reaction performance is the filtration values of 178 s (9 ml CS2) and 98 s (11 ml CS2). Further acid treatment can reduce the ash content and intrinsic viscosity, while increase the α-cellulose content; activation agent treatment can enhance the reaction performance of dissolving pulp. |
