新型纤维素绝缘纸基材料的研究及应用现状

摘要:电网建设的高速发展和“双碳”计划的持续推进,对纤维素绝缘纸的需求和性能提出了更高的要求。目前,绝缘木浆作为纤维素绝缘纸主要纤维原料以进口为主,对电力设备基础材料的国产化提出了严峻考验,与此同时,传统纤维素绝缘纸的性能不能满足复杂环境的需求。在此背景下,开发我国特色新型纤维原料以及新型增强材料对于提升绝缘纸性能、缓解纤维原料短缺、保障电力设备稳定运行具有重要意义。本文从新型纤维原料和新型增强材料两方面阐述了新型纤维素绝缘纸的研究现状,对未来新型纤维素绝缘纸的开发提供了一定的借鉴和参考。
Abstract:The rapid development of power grid construction and the continuous advancement of the "double carbon" plan have put forward higher requirements for the demand and performance of cellulose insulating paper. At present, insulating wood pulp for cellulose based electrical insulating paper is mainly imported, which puts forward a severe test for the localization of basic materials of electric power equipment, at the same time, the performance of traditional cellulose based electrical insulating paper can’t meet the needs of complex environments. In this context, the development of China's characteristic new fiber materials and new reinforcement materials is of great significance for improving the performance of insulating paper, alleviating the shortage of fiber raw materials, and ensuring the stable operation of power equipment. This paper summarizes the research status of novel cellulose fiber electrical insulating paper in terms of new fiber raw materials and new reinforcement materials, so as to provide new insights for the development of high performance cellulose fiber based insulating paper in the future.
