Abstract:To investigate the correlation between the needle roller speed of the cigarette making machine and paper-process reconstituted Cigarette(PPRC) process indicators. Firstly, 3-factor 3-level orthogonal experiments was developed to establish a multiple linear regression model between the needle roller speed and other process parameters of the cigarette making machine. Next, by adjusting the needle roller speed, its correlation with paper-process reconstituted tobacco sheet process indicators such as cigarette weight, standard deviation of cigarette weight and suction resistance standard deviation was analyzed. Finally, by designing 3-factor 3-level orthogonal experiments, the effects of needle roller speed, stem wire ratio and paper-process reconstituted tobacco(PPRT) slicer ratio on the suction resistance standard deviation were analyzed. The results indicators that the regression evaluation index R2 for the needle roller speed and cigarette making machine process parameters is 0.999, which can predict accurately and control the needle roller speed, there is a strong correlation between the needle roller speed and the cigarette weight and its standard deviation, but a general correlation with suction resistance standard deviation, there was a strong correlation between stem wire ratio and paper-process reconstituted tobacco slicer ratio on the suction resistance standard deviation. This provides a reference for optimizing and improving the quality of cigarette making machine process. |
