摘要:针对磨浆机工作间隙难以实时检测的问题,提出了一种利用磨损棒在线测量磨片磨损的方法。采用电阻法对不同磨损棒材料进行微小磨损的间接检测,通过对Q235低碳钢、40Cr合金钢、HSS高速钢和铸钢四种材料进行磨损试验,探究了不同材料、铸钢不同形状下电压(U)与磨损量(X)之间的关系,电流对电压-磨损量曲线的影响,建立了电压与磨损量关系的二次回归模型。研究表明:在给定电流下,4种材料以及不同形状铸钢的U-X曲线整体均呈现增长趋势;随着磨损量的增加,方形和圆柱形铸钢的电压均匀且大幅度的上升。电流基本不影响方形和圆柱形铸钢的U-X曲线变化趋势。对圆柱铸钢磨损预测的性能指标RMSE、MAE分别为 0.00568、0.00466。 |
Abstract:To address the challenge of real-time detection of the working clearance of the refiner, a method is proposed for online measurement of grinding disc wear using a wear rod. Indirect detection of micro wear of different wear rod materials was carried out using the resistance method. Through wear tests on Q235 low carbon steel, 40Cr alloy steel, HSS high-speed steel, and cast steel, the relationship between voltage (U) and wear amount (X) under different materials and shapes of cast steel was explored. The influence of current on the voltage-wear amount curve was also investigated, and a quadratic regression model was established to describe the relationship between voltage and wear amount. Research has shown that under a given current, the U-X curves of the four materials and different shapes of cast steel exhibit an overall increasing trend; As the wear increases, the voltage of square and cylindrical cast steel increases uniformly and significantly. The current basically does not affect the U-X curve variation trend of square and cylindrical cast steel. The performance indicators RMSE and MAE for predicting the wear of cylindrical cast steel are 0.00568 and 0.00466, respectively, which proves that the regression model has a better wear prediction effect. |
