工程教育认证背景下轻化工程专业《高分子化学》课程教学改革的探索

摘要:轻化工程专业(尤其是制浆造纸和皮革化学工程方向)的核心课程涉及纤维素与胶原蛋白类天然高分子,且高分子助剂广泛应用于制浆造纸和皮革鞣制及后加工过程,因此《高分子化学》成为轻化工程专业的专业基础课程。针对工程教育认证背景下轻化工程专业《高分子化学》教学过程中存在的教学设计无法有效激发学生的学习兴趣,教学过程缺乏对化学基础知识的回顾,考核方式中对综合能力的要求不具体等问题,以课程教学目标的达成为最终目的,进行了教学改革探索,同时讨论了教学改革的成效和后续努力的方向。
Abstract:The core courses in light chemical engineering specialty, particularly for pulping and papermaking engineering as well as leather chemical engineering, involved with the natural polymers including cellulose and collagen. Besides, the polymeric additives are widely used in the process of pulping and papermaking, leather tanning as well as their post-processing. Therefore, the course of Polymer Chemistry has developed as a basic course for the major of light chemical engineering. To solve the problems existed in the teaching of Polymer Chemistry under the background of engineering education accreditation, such as the unappealing teaching design for students, the insufficient review of the basic chemical knowledge during teaching process, and none specific requirements for comprehensive ability in the examination, the teaching reform was thus performed to achieve the teaching goals of the course. Furthermore, the results of the teaching reform were also discussed to visualize the direction of the follow-up efforts.
