摘要:本文根据多条CLO2生产线的设计经验、结合投产后的成果,从自控设计角度,对CLO2生产线上的防爆区域划分、仪表防爆的需求、可燃与有毒气体探测器的设置、危险与可操作性分析、仪表SIL等级划分、SIS系统的设置等方面进行了描述,这些二氧化氯制备系统的自控安全措施,能够确保二氧化氯制备过程的安全性和稳定性。

Abstract:Based on the design experience of several CLO2 production lines and the results after putting into operation, In this paper, the automatic control safety measures of chlorine dioxide plan are set from the aspects of explosion-proof area division, instrument explosion-proof, combustible and toxic gas detector setting, HAZOP analysis, instrument SIL grade and SIS system, etc., in order to ensure the safety and stability of chlorine dioxide plan.
