摘要:纸基功能性包装材料成本低廉、环境友好,在食品包装领域引起了广泛关注,但其应用仍存在一定的问题。本文系统地综述了应用于食品领域的纸基功能性包装材料的研究进展,探究其实用性,重点总结了应用于食品领域的纸基功能性包装材料在疏水、疏油、抗菌以及智能检测方面的发展趋势,为食品包装领域纸基功能性材料的开发提供理论依据。 |
Abstract:Paper-based functional materials with low-cost and eco-friendly properties have been attracting more and more attention in food packaging field, however, there are still some problems during their application processes. Herein, this paper made a comprehensive review on the progress of these materials, gave a brief introduction on their practicability, and made prediction on their development tend for food packaging in terms of hydrophobic, oleophobic, antibacterial and intelligent detection. This review provided a theoretical basis for the development of paper-based functional packing coating materials in food field. |
