园区集中供汽卫生纸机的节能分析与实践

摘要:对造纸工业园区集中供汽情况下卫生纸机用汽用能存在的问题进行分析,结合3个工程实例，针对性地对蒸汽冷凝水系统、烘缸干燥系统和气罩及其热风系统等提出节能方案,介绍了工程实施的节能效果。

Abstract:Steam supply problem of tissue machine based on centralized steam supply in industrial zone was discussed. Some energy saving methods were correspondingly provided mainly relating to steam condensate system, Yankee drying system, Yankee hood and its hot air system and so on. Based on engineering practice, the energy saving schemes were designed and their system diagrams were drawn, and the energy saving effect of the implementation of the projects was introduced.
